Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. Her style is similar with The Cinema Snob in that she enjoys dumb action movies. The reviewer began her journey in late 2009 after becoming famous in their forum. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to join Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome team. She remained member of the channel up until January 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. She also currently runs two podcasts via her channel both covering the Charmed series and co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The shows she appeared during Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of terrible films for kids or RiffTrax as well as some adult-oriented comedy. She started reviewing movies late in 2009. After gaining fame on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited to be part of the reviewing community. She has made numerous appearances on Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall all the way to Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker as well as Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would often appear on episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
