Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my adventures ranging from highs and lows. In 1990, my family moved to America. In the age of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. Given the chance to live an improved life, I wanted to do the best I could to please them, and was focused on my success. My life was set out as follows: I'd go to university, get an employment in a company then marry, and purchase a home. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyIt was like I was wasting my life away to earn a living even though I knew I was meant for more. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also loved socializing and being able to aid other people. As I moved towards the new direction of my life, I discovered the personal training I needed. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian females. My mission in this field is to create a more durable and healthy lifestyle that meets the needs of my clients. Additionally, I aim to motivate others to follow the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. While my career was taking the air I also lost my mom. This loss is the hardest of all. She fought a long and arduous fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. It is true that life has a way with giving us the exact thing we require even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in the moment. In so many ways, my mom's death has changed my life. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her new life, and also I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. In my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel that I am living now instead of merely surviving as the person I was back in my previous. My intention in telling my story is to inform you that, you are not alone. I hope that you be aware that love exists and that a therapy session can be common. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. I pray that you live your life fully and that your end is without regrets because that's all you can count on during this lifetime.
