Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on February 9 1997 to her natural Filipino parents. Her mother was on the streets for three years until she reached her age at which point she was placed to a foster home. Her adoptive parents are both native Filipinos. Her white American adoptive dad has military experience. The woman claims that she as well as her adopted brother and their mother suffered abuse in their childhoods until they joined the military. For the purpose of moving to Texas at the age of thirteen, her family resided for some time in San Francisco to stay with her Aunt.
