Her most well-known role is her role as Marina Cooper in the Guiding Light soap-opera and Marcy in the TV show Dawson's Creek. She was in two episodes on Showtime's Weeds with Mary Louise Parker. She was known as Judy Kramer, a Fox show from 2005, and Marcy Bender in Dawson's Creek. Three years playing Marina Cooper, in Guiding Light's soap opera earned nominations for Soap Opera Digest Awards 2003 in the Outstanding Newcomer category. Dollar appeared in ABC's Women's Murder Club as Cindy Thomas between 2007 until the year 2008. Dollar was on the show as Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show wasn't renewed.
